CM-ERP Mobile Privacy Policy

CM-ERP Mobile (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a unified ERP platform covering projects, procurement, workforce, HR, finance, CRM, and mobile field reporting. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you access CM-ERP Mobile via the web application, mobile app, or public APIs.

Information We Collect

• Account data: names, emails, phone numbers, job titles, branch assignments, roles, and permissions for users and workers.
• Operational records: project tasks, RFQs, purchase orders, deliveries, quotes, invoices, HR onboarding tasks, payroll adjustments, CRM opportunities, and after-sales cases created inside CM-ERP.
• Media & documents: photos, attachments, and compliance files uploaded through the web or mobile clients.
• Location & telemetry: optional GPS coordinates captured for attendance events, field reports, and dispatch budgets when the mobile client has the required OS permission enabled.
• Device & usage data: browser type, device identifiers, IP address, timestamps, and request metadata recorded in audit logs and metrics to secure the service.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate users, enforce branch scope, and personalize dashboards.
• Operate core modules such as project controls, procurement, workforce, HR, finance, CRM, and mobile reporting.
• Generate analytics (KPIs, cash projections, sales metrics) and deliver notifications or approvals you request.
• Maintain audit trails, comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, and monitor system health.
• Improve product quality through aggregated, de-identified insights (e.g., estimation suggestions) when enabled.

Legal Bases

We process data under the following bases when applicable: (i) contract performance with your organization, (ii) legitimate interest in securing and improving CM-ERP, and (iii) compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing & Disclosure

• Tenant-bound data: Operational data remains scoped to your company/branch tenancy. We do not sell personal data.
• Vendors: Infrastructure, storage, analytics, and notification providers receive only the data required to deliver their service under confidentiality commitments.
• Legal requests: We may disclose information to comply with law, court orders, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of your organization’s contract plus any legally mandated period. You may request deletion or export through your account admin or by emailing us.

Security

We enforce role- and permission-based access controls, secure cookies for tokens, encrypted transport (HTTPS), branch-scoped headers, audit logging, and optional OpenTelemetry tracing limited to operational metadata.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data. Submit requests through your CM-ERP Mobile administrator or contact us directly.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time directly from the CM-ERP Mobile app:

1. Open the CM-ERP Mobile app
2. Navigate to Account Settings (profile icon)
3. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section
4. Click "Delete Account"
5. Confirm your decision and enter your password

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data, role assignments, and branch associations will be permanently deleted. Operational data you created (projects, reports, etc.) may be retained for business continuity but will be de-identified.

Children’s Privacy

CM-ERP Mobile is a business application not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in the regions where we or our sub-processors operate. We apply appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) when transferring data globally.

Changes to this Policy

We will update this policy when practices change. Material updates will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of CM-ERP Mobile constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
